Two Performance Tune-ups Per Year We believe that the best way to keep your system running as efficiently as possible is to inspect the system regularly. These regular check-ups will also allow to fix small problems like burnt wires and Freon leaks, before they cause bigger issues. Labor Warranty We stand by our work, that is why we offer a best in the business labor warranty. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, we will come back and diagnose the problem, no charge. 10% Off Replacement Parts We believe in rewarding our most loyal customers. That is why our service agreements entitle you to ten percent off all replacement parts.
No Trip or Service Call Charges Some of our competitors will take your money for a service contract and then hit you with a “trip charge” or “service call charge” of up to $100 every time you call them. Our customers do not have to worry about these added expenses Energy Saving Coil Cleaning Dirty coils make your unit work harder, which costs you money every month on your electric bill. The EPA has done tests that show even a millimeter of dirt or dust on your coils can make your unit 21% less efficient. We will check your coils to make sure your system is not costing you extra money. 10% Off Repair Labor These discounted rates save you money with every service call. Our highly trained technicians are able to make the majority of repairs on the first visit. 5% Off New Unit Purchases If the time comes for you to replace your system, we offer our service agreement customer this money-saving deal on our new, energy-efficient HVAC units.
